1. Try on shoes late in the day when your feet are at their largest size (meaning swell during the day)

2. One of your feet are generally larger than the other foot, make sure you have a good fit on the largest foot.

6. Make sure the ball of the foot surface is not squashed in the shoe ... not the toes pointed.

7. Do not buy shoes expect to stretch! They should fit your feet when you leave the store.

8. Make sure the heel of the shoe does not slide up and down when you are on foot.

9. Make sure the sole of the shoe is as broad as the foot and provides a cushion when you walk.

Lower back pain By John Hullinger

I will continue to lower back pain. I would visit a chiropractor and feel good for about a week, so back pain again. I tried Dr S pads, and they will not do much. I got walkfit and the first week it felt like I was walking on the rocks. Not comfortable at all. After the first week, I got used to wear them. This made my lower back pain to disappear. After several months, I stopped wearing them. Recently I started having lower back pain, so I started wearing them again. Again is to get used to walking on the rocks, but again it helped to eliminate my lower back pain. I think they are worth buying.

Strong orthopedics By Moderate1 "Joshua"

I had plastic Orthopedics prescription, and they are like this. I have flat feet and severe pain in my legs and hips at the end of the day sometimes. These are good because they are pretty hard, not like the foam insoles. I commend them for help if they price it is worth it. If they do, the more expensive than the insoles that cost $ 200 and not feel much different .. I purchased 2 pairs over the years and wear them every few days. Try it.

walkfit orthotics By usmadera

This product works for me. I believe it could help you too. I work on my feet long hours and have used inserts for 15 years. It takes time to get used to them so follow the instruction. Four stars because I have used other inserts and I think they all do the same thing,(though the height adjustments are pretty good and others don't have them.) Look for a good price.

Good they finally added the Shoe Size that C covers. By Lincoln County MT "Focused on pinecones"

I ordered them when they do not have shoes for C constructed. But I know C covers the size I needed. And ordered. The price is the best I could find at that time. Postage can be tough. I have an old broken foot injury 40 years old gave me a lot of pain and problems. Looks like the foot arch is collapsed alone. So I started with the lower cut and is now using the media. My other foot can use the top one for arch support. I used to be equal on both feet right up to June last year when the trouble began. And my arms are constantly high arches, so no wonder the higher level that suits my foot better than the injured foot. Not sure it's an aging thing or more of them. Right now I have had them inserted into a pair of hiking boots Spira. More Spira shoes seem to give my feet more support it needs now that the problem has changed. Before that I wore MBT's 5 different pair for over 4 years almost exclusively. I have had bouts of trouble with this old injury in the past too .. but nothing like this. Very worrysome. So I invested in a variety of shoes arch supporters and keep your feet from twisting too. And still need a stronger insert and arch support. I thought something was wrong with my original shoes and even asked my wife if she could feel it too & if he thought a cobbler can work it down. And I finally realized ... This is not the shoes changed .... not talking about the MBT was here I went to use them ... but turns out it was the feet? If I take care and give it some support, I hope it will heal. I want to avoid the doctor ... there are so many in this particular area is closer to the quacks then find out what the real business Orthopedics .... therefore decided to invest in several pairs of shoes line the top and support first. Right now it's all about a trip to the doctor's office with xrays. The inserts do help .. but not the whole answer. I want to have it in a full-length insert shoe instead they are 3 / 4 size. Spira's the use I have two springs in the area of the toe with two holes appeared to them when you remove your shoes original footbed insert ... So these 3 / 4 size and replacement does not cover the hole .... So that's just 4 stars. I prefer the entire footbed is not insert halves and 3 / 4 's. The original list here will not tell you that as they do not bother to tell you the original magnitude C stand for either .... I will let the seller know and probably others also because it is now part of the description. I'm still looking for full-length inserts or I would have got 2-3 pairs of them.
